I recently had an issue with getting a new prescription or even requesting to refill a previous prescription. Assuming that front desk operations still operated, at least at the basic level of customer service and patient advocacy, I simply just called them. I was told that I would need to come in at my next appointment.l, which I understood - protocols for sure. Then, I asked for information on emergency centers in case symptoms arise; the receptionist hung up the phone. I attempted to call again to no avail. The customer service of the office staff are highly unprofessional, especially with that set expectation on how a medical setting "should" operate to benefit the patient's well-being. Think about it; mental health / anxiety with even seeking professional help / going through documentation and the entire booking process - all of this on top of a patient's diagnosed condition(s)? This is definitely the last interaction with Oasis and Dr. Bellota. Highly Recommended Tip for others: when seeking medical attention and services, not every review should be taken as a grain of salt. Definitely take some time (if available) to read some reviews for context and depth. We are speaking of mental health concerns and it's important to notice common trends in patient reviews.
