rev:text	I have taken my dog here for over 2 years now and sadly the quality has gone down significantly. The first year people admired her cut and how good of a job they did and would ask where I would get her cut at. Then the business grew, got bigger and other people started cutting her than the original groomer and really obvious mistakes were left as is with no clean up unless I called it out in the shop, sloppy obvious mistakes BUT my main goal is that my dog gets a functional cut with no stress, that when I get her back she wasn't treated roughly. So, even though I am paying for a quality cut if you just get her unevenly cut but treated so she isn't nervous or tender anywhere I can deal with it. Though I am annoyed by a drop in quality. She is a great dog who always does well at the groomer and is well loved by all who work on her. However, the last two times she has come back nervous and not wanting me to pet or touch her in some areas so I am done. All Dogs Go To Bev can slack off on the quality of cut and I be annoyed but still be a regular customer if you love/treat my dog well but if you are not going to be as gentle and caring as you were with her in the past that I will not forgive or tolerate. I will certainly not go back. This wasn't a one off but two times back to back apts. I hope the business gets back to their level of care and treatment of the dogs along with care of the cut being given. I however won't be waiting around for it to happen.
