  • Love love LOVE THE FOUR SEASONS HOTEL, Las Vegas! Loved everything about them! Beautiful property with exclusive entrance made us feel like a VIP! The room was very clean. Decor was a little dated but nevertheless, it was charming and fabulous. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! We fell asleep right away! I don't know if it's a combination of jet lag, tired, or the super comfy bed and the champagne ... or all of those! But we napped for like 4 hours straight! lols The service, the concierge, the staff were all top notch. They were friendly, smiling and greeting all the time. Even the security guard by the elevators were all smiled! Anyway, they are definitely a 5-star hotel. From the staff and services, the cleanliness, the amenities! Excellent! But something that really distinguished them from others were their attention to details. Sure hotels in general send their staff to clean the room. But Four Seasons Hotel, it's not general room cleaning. They tied our tangled phone charger, they cleaned our eye-glasses and left cleaner cloth for us with some cute little notes. It felt really personal and made us feel so special. It was really a luxurious and exquisite experience!
