  • My wife and I are senior citizens. We went to this store which is near our home. We knew virtually nothing about "smart phones." While the sales person seemed to understand our ignorance, she sold us things we don't need and will never use. It happens that we left town two days later, not understanding that any unwanted items had to be returned within 14 days. Also, we were not given any paper work re our purchases. When we returned after one month, the manager would not even come out from the back to speak to us. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. When our contract is up, we will leave AT&T. The staff at this store does not understand customer service.
