  • This is the worst medical facility I've ever visited. I've lived all over the country and abroad and I've never experienced such incompetence. They gave wrong prescriptions numerous times. They changed my medicine for no reason. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I also believe they violated HIPPA. The nurse came to the lobby where I was waiting and loudly announced that I have a psychiatrist appointment.,,with patience in the lobby.. totally unacceptable. I had a visit and I walked back to the office to ask the doctor to clarify. She sent her nurse out and said "Dr Knox didn't have anymore time to spend with me",,, well darn.. I hadn't even left the building,. I can go on but just rhinkimg about it is exhausting,, I will never return and I hope others read this post. No one you pay money to be treated so poorly,.. no bedside manner is an understatement... RUN don't walk to another physician. I did and I am extremely pleased, patients need to be listened to, they need care, and empathy,,,That's not too much to ask..,perhaps South Park Family Medicine Jair doesn't care.
