  • The reviews before mine are too kind, this place is much worse than any review. If possible to give zero stars I would. The costumer service here is ridiciously terrible. No effort to approach and the employees are just flat out rude. The only reason I came back is because I made a purchase and gemstones continue to fall out on a piece of jewelry. The jewelers across the way at Ben Bridge are much kinder and I highly recommend you give them a shot before ever coming to Kay Jeweler's.
