  • Really let down by this place. All of the reviews led us to believe it was OMG THE BEST BRUNCH EVER and that is simply not the case. Very over priced for sub par food with poor service. Luckily, the manager was able to step in and save our overall view of the restaurant (good management goes a long way), so we may give it another go for dinner--but it's a no from us on brunch. Eggs were bland and nondescript. The biscuits and gravy were salty and grainy. I requested biscuits on their own and the waitress got caught up loving on her boyfriend and let them hang out under a heat lamp so long they came out hard as frisbees. I'd suggest going elsewhere for brunch--there are plenty of better options in CLT.
