  • We had kitchen and family room tile removed and replaced about 6 months ago. There was a problem with the installation (grout color bleeding into baseboards) but Gabriel came out and it was promptly corrected. We decided to give them another try --mainly to keep the same product consistency-- with the foyer and bathrooms. Problem #1. Non English speaking worker left alone, accidentally broke the water pipe and was standing there trying to stop the flow with his finger. The bathroom was flooded by the time my husband wondered what was happening. He immediately shut off the water and we had to call an emergency plumber. (AFD paid for this) The job was finished without further incident and looks nice. 2. But....once they left and I looked up instead of at the floors i noticed big dirty (grout stain) hand prints everywhere--on doors (from when they reinstalled) baseboards, even walls. I ended up cleaning. I have found store staff courteous, helpful and been good about calling me back. The problem is with the installation sub contractors they use; probably not the most experienced and show little pride in their work.The difference between them and other contractors we have been using lately is like night and day. It is unlikely we would recommend or use them again.
