  • Upfront this company seems reputable and reliable. The owner is likable as a person. Unfortunately, the owner wasn't involved in the process until the end when chaos had ensued weeks earlier. The subcontractors and majority of employees lacked the same competency and likability. The double bathroom remodel that was quoted to take 4 weeks ended up taking over 4 months due to no fault of the condition of the property nor work change orders by the client. Rather, the endless delays were due to poor communication, poor project management and poor workmanship. Words cannot begin to express how upsetting the entire process felt-far worse than 'normal' construction woes you frequently hear. It took constant follow-up, monitoring and "proof/argument" to have the company finally agree to reconcile their multiple errors and poor workmanship. Even the, items that were fixed took multiple vendors and/or applications to finally look presentable as it should have the first attempt! Cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.
