  • I have been going here for a while and have recently been VERY turned off about coming here. Kim is wonderful and so are the rest of the staff except for SABRINA..a shorter hispanic lady who is VERY unprofessional. Two days ago i watched as she told one of her fellow phabotomists to "Shut your F***ing Mouth." While she was helping someone. She then was scolded by the other phabotomist and replied "I don't even care...shortly after she stuck the poor girl and missed...she stuck her again and the girl said it hurt and she didnt understand why she had to stick her more than once...SABRINA said "Well i could feel your vein, but i couldnt see it." The girl said "well that hurt me and its never happened that way before.." SABRINA said "well it did today and its over so there.." the girl was very unhappy and i was Absolutely appalled when i was watching SABRINA stick other patients and miss their vein...when she said she "Didnt care" IT WAS OBVIOUS WITH HER WORK. I came in today OCT 1st and SABRINA was giving blood on her day off...she scolded the man next to her as he answered his phone to say he couldn't speak...and rolled her eyes and stared at him very rudely. This isnt the first and from what ive heard from other co-workers that take blood she can be very rude....As a lerson working in customer service and with an important job, I cannot take excuses for her behavior.
