  • I've had the unfortunate opportunity to go to CareNow several times this year on the weekend. Each time, I checked in online and then promptly received a call from Renell. Renell is AWESOME, polite, and competent!! It's almost okay to be sick because you get the wonderful opportunity to be served by Renell. Today I had the opportunity to go to CareNow twice. Once first thing after opening this morning and a second time right before closing. We were seen by the same doctor and Nurse Robert. Both were awesome with excellent bedside manners. The difference experienced today was with the front desk service. For our first appointment in the morning, I checked in online and received a call from Renell within minutes of check in. For the second, in the evening, I checked my daughter in online and waited and waited for a call. No call. We drive over expecting to see a busy parking lot. Nope!! No car there but ours. Key-Shawna (sp) was at the desk, barely greeted us (I thought she was talking to someone on the phone) and didn't acknowledge when I said we didn't receive a phone call after we checked in online so decided to head over after waiting 15 minutes. Insult to injury, the guy that came in five minutes after us was taken back first. I want to leave five stars because Renell is just that awesome but I can't get rid of the notion that we were not called back in the evening to prevent seeing additional patients an hour before closing. A decision, I believe, made by the front desk not the doctors and nurses in the back and surely not a company policy. Final note--even the back office commented on the differences between Renell (they love) and Key-Shawna (just say).
