  • Don't buy food here. The seats recline all the way back! you can order your tickets in advance selecting your seat so you don't have to wait in line or worry about not having a good view. I am very impressed with the quality of watching the movie and the sound. I'm not impressed with the concession stand so just skip it altogether and eat in the outdoor food court. If you decide to pay a ton of money and get food there, then first order and pay for your food in the middle island and then collect your food where the popcorn machines are. Make sure they get your order right because our ice cream was incorrect. The cappuccinos we're OK for four dollars but not great. The pretzel bites were surprisingly delicious and the fro yo was OK. Desert ridge mall is a beautiful mall so you enjoy your experience if it's a date night or a family night there's always plenty of parking to find even on a busy weekend night. I've gone to AMC is all over the country and I will still give this one a four-star even with the concession stand issues.
