  • Delicious food, so-so service. My lobster ravioli was luxurious and not overly creamy, which was a major plus. The Vancouver Island Kushi oysters would have been good on their own-the tequila mignonette added nothing. I found the server to be a tad snooty, which perhaps can be attributed to the fact that we were, after all, dining inside the Aria Hotel. Besides the less than desirable service, I think Sage is a good choice for dining on the Strip, if you don't mind a hefty price tag.
