  • If you love and respect you pet, I beg you to please reconsider before using A Dog's Best Friend Groomers. I dropped my 5 pound Yorkie off on Saturday at 8:20AM (when the drop pff period is from 8-10AM). The groomer advised me grooming of a 5 pound Yorkie would be about 4 hours and $40 (which I thought was a little ridiculous on the time period). At 1:30 I still haven't received a call, so I went to the shop to pick up my pet. Initially one of the groomers brought me out the WRONG DOG. When my dog was brought out and to see her hair was still long after 5 hours of being there, I was not very happy. After FIVE HOURS of being at the groomer my dog was only washed and dried. Absolutely ridiculous.... she's FIVE POUNDS, it doesn't take that long AND she was one of the first ones dropped off in the morning. Please do not let the star rating for this groomer fool you. It's not a good establishment and certainly didn't meet my standards.
