  • This was my first time using Phoenix Irrigation Services and I couldn't be more pleased! We had leaking irrigation drip lines in our backyard that needed repairing. Tom was very professional on the phone, was able to quickly schedule a convenient time to come to the house, and he and his team showed up exactly on time. They replaced the broken lines efficiently and successfully and also tested my sprinkler system for me. Tom showed me that a sprinkler valve was leaking, told me honestly it was something he could replace but due to not carrying that brand of valve would be a more involved and expensive fix and that it would be cheaper and easy to do it myself. He then showed me what needed to be done, I was able to replace the valve on my own but would not figure out the re-wiring-- I called him back a couple weeks later, he came out the next day to re-wire the system, and did not charge me for it! Tom and his team are very professional and provide great customer service. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
