  • This company is a joke. They came out when I did a claim with my home warranty. When they arrived the technician stated it was a gear that needed replaced. Next thing I knew he said the door was too heavy and the spring needed replaced. He said that the home warranty would not cover this because it was not normal wear and tear and then proceeded to make me a price quote to do the repairs. Bait and switch. I told him no and got on the phone with the home warranty while he was present. His story did not match with what the representative told me on the phone. He instructed her that he would have to go talk to his boss and get back. After he left he had disconnected my garage door and it was inoperable. Mind you it worked when he came. I called them just now to have them come and put it back in the same working condition. The manager stated I would have to pay an 85 fee to come back out. I told them they were to put it back in the same condition as it was when they came she stated the door did not work which was a lie. It had some issues but it did work and the tech opened and closed many times when he was here. I admit I got upset with her and told her I was going to call the news and post on the internet about the service she stated that is great I love to be on TV. Then she told me and I quote "Fuck you asshole". This is a manager? I would stay away from this company as they are dishonest. I welcome the owner to contact me to resolve this. Update... The home warranty sent out another repair company and what do you the springs and all repairs were covered. This goes to show you that Cactus Garage doors had another agenda. To date they have not contacted me.
