  • I'm very disappointed in this store. This sprint store used to be my go to spot because the one on rainbow and lake mead is just so horrible. I started coming to this location and they helped me out plenty of times. The last time I was in there, I added a line, and made a huge purchase. Phone accessories, a phone, a go pro and the Harman/Kardon portable speaker. Well, it turns out that the Harman/Kardon speaker does not hold a charge. It's supposed to hold a 4 hour charge. That's why it's called a portable speaker. It doesn't work unless it's plugged into the wall. That makes it not portable and it's broken. I asked if I can return it and get a new one because I loved the sound of he speaker. They told me that it is no long their problem and I have to ship it to the manufacture and my speaker will most likely not ever come back to me. Since they don't want to help me with this small problem I will no longer purchase anything for this store.
