rev:text	Purchased a 2009 Ford F250 King Ranch Super duty 4 Door 4 wheel drive 6.4 turbo diesel truck from this location from a man named Kevin. I drove to Phoenix from Yuma, AZ to purchase the truck and the deal was made over the phone. I specified above all that I wanted a warranty, bumper to bumper. I was told not to worry that he had the best warranty money could buy. I specifically asked several times throughout the deal about the warranty and was reassured that it was the best, covering the engine, transmission, axels since it was a 4 wheel drive and anything that could go wrong with the truck. Well last month, low and behold, the fuel pump went out on the truck along with the front axel resulting in my paying out of pocket over $4,000.00 and guess how much the warranty covered, I'll bet you guessed it, $0.00. I tried to call and speak to Kevin about this situation and why I paid $2,200.00 for a warranty that when the Dealer called to check to see if they would cover anything, said that this warranty is the worst warranty they have ever seen. It only covers things that will never go wrong, such as a cracked engine block, (REALLY) which is basically all it covers. The dealership said that I was ripped off on this warranty program if I paid over $0.50 for it. Not sure about you, but when I ask for something and specifically ask to be dealt with honestly and I get treated in this manner, I would not drain a leak on Kevin to put out if he were on fire. The guy failed to return a call after several attempts to contact avoiding what he obviously knows was a scam. I can only tell you to be very careful about any purchase from this company and if you do buy something from them, DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY THERE.
