  • I cannot express how disappointed I am with Summit Cleaners. I had my $175 pottery barn faux fur blanket cleaned here. When I picked it up I immediately noticed damage to the faux fur side of the blanket. It appeared matted and almost singed in spots. I had never had it cleaned before, so the once fluffy soft blanket was now flat and looked 100 years old. The manager acted as if he didn't have a clue what I was talking about and said - he didn't know what it looked like prior so he couldn't do anything for me. He did offer to refund my $20 for the cleaning and said I could bring it back when the owner was in but that he probably wouldn't do anything more for me either. I did come back along with a brand new blanket from pottery barn to show the owner the difference. He may as well laughed in my face! He was rude and unconcerned with the fact that my blanket was now ruined. He ended up yelling at me stating that he was not going to compensate me for any damages. Bottom line- do not take anything valuable here!!!! Or anything at all for that matter! I will not use this cleaners and do not recommend them.
