  • This was my second visit and was disappointed again. The young lady waitress was having a hard time at our booth. We ordered a chocolate soda and it came without ice cream. We grew up soda was ice cream and whatever. My meatloaf. ... Not sure was in it but looked like a lot of bread and veggies. My salad with ranch dressing came without dressing. Had to remind her for it. Wife got sloppy joe which seemed heavy with ketchup. Doubt if I would go back for the food. Might for the Thrifty ice cream or the antiques for sale in the adjacent room. It is more old time hype than substance. Maybe I am getting too old.
