  • I was wondering why only the 2 star rating. Then I experienced it. I've not seen this slow SB baristas in my life. The line is 20 people long and there is no sense of urgency. As an example one of the gals puts a sandwich in the oven and stands there waiting until it's done. Then she slowly walks back to the customer. Clearly taking her time... This kind of customer service doesn't justify the steep prices. I was planning on giving it a one star but they made my dry cappuccino good. Thus the extra star.
