FIND ANOTHER MORTGAGE COMPANY!!!!! Pay higher rates, accept higher fees...at least they won't deny your payments when you show them a photo of the cashed check!
I have repeatedly tried to contact someone outside of a call center in regard to my mortgage. I'm begging for a reply. This company is putting my credit and 13 years of perfect payments at risk. I am preparing complaints to the State of Texas, North Carolina banking commission, and the United States Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I need to talk to a real person in an office.
Edit to update: I received a telephone call within fifteen minutes of posting this and was lied to by Customer service rep, Dylan. I'm still waiting for that email you PROMISED me.
