For the 3rd time, they failed to deliver my Wine of the Month Club package on the scheduled date. Today's (a Saturday) excuse -- driver's car broke down (at 11:13 a.m.) and no other drivers could deliver my package. I doubt they even tried. Rescheduled for Monday. Gee, little thing called WORK for me during the week. Now I have to wait another week for delivery. And, they don't even offer delivery windows on Saturday, so, I have to wait all damn day. Customer service reps on the phone just give you a "sorry for the inconvenience" -- that's just not good enough.
