  • We hit the Falcon Field location Saturday. Servers were very prompt and accommodating, food was very good, and the views from the big windows next to the runway are really cool. The beers need some work. I'm a long time homebrewer, so I noticed flaws others may miss, but there's no way the brewers aren't seeing them. They're a relatively new brewery, so there's still plenty of time for them to tighten up their process. With the food and service aspects really solid, I'm optimistic they'll fix the beer as well. We'll give them a few months, then try again and post another review. Really pulling for them to reach the next level!
