  • Contacted Tina and Marcia in regards to selling my home as the wife and I wanted to downsize and needed a quick sale and they came through in SPADES!! They made recommendations that would help the house show well which we followed and they immediately made arrangements for the 1st open house, putting out over 300 flyerys in the Vegas 115 degree heat! 18 days later, we had a solid offer and was in escrow! We requested a quick escrow and we got it thanks to them!! Everything went very smoothly and we couldn't be happier! We were so impressed with them that we had them begin the search for our new smaller home, which they found and once again we needed a fast problem free escrow. 30 days later we closed escrow and began moving in! They both have extensive local knowledge and many contacts for contractors to help get your home ready to sell or move into which we used and they also came through and way below other estimates!! I would highly recommend Tina and Marcia for all your local real estate needs!! They are highly motivated, honest and ethical in all dealings and explain everything so anyone can understand exactly what's going on? You won't regret it!!! Chris D
