  • I brought my Civic in for regular maintenance service and a couple of days later, I noticed the stem valve caps on two of my tires weren't there. A couple of days after that, I noticed a small dent on the lower bumper on the same side as the missing valve caps. I know the dent wasn't there before getting it serviced because I had washed and dried my car two days prior. I'm the only driver of the car and I did not run into anything nor did something hit my car while driving. The problem is that I have left two messages and no one has called me back to even discuss it. I can't prove something happened while my car was there, but they won't even call me back to prove it didn't happen there. You'd think if it was there when I brought the car in, then it would've been mentioned to prevent this he-said, she-said sort of thing.
