  • The store manager Christina helped us adding 3 more lines to my plan yesterday. We added 2 lines to our plan when Black Friday promotion was going on. At the time we spoke T-Mobile customer representative on the phone but that person screwed up our plan badly it didn't even apply right promotions and it cost more than what we thought our monthly due was. To make things worse the plan didn't allow us to add more lines. Long story short Christina handled this Very professionally. I was so impressed by her knowledge and customer service. She took it as if it was her own issue. She spent long time waiting on the phone trying to resolve it for us. In the end everything went well. I can't thank enough for her time and service. I highly recommend to visit this store if you need anything regarding to T- mobile service. Not to mention I love t mobile over any other phone carriers. Thanks again Christina!
