Because zero stars is not an option they get a reluctant 1 from me. I had custom insoles made then needed to leave Arizona to be with family in NC due to the unexpected sudden death of my sister. I called numerous times and after long hold times and repeating the request to different people finally got someone to agree to mail them to me. Then I received a voicemail from their office that the insoles were returned to them because the post office couldn't read the illegible handwriting and address and that I needed to call back and pay before the insoles would be resent to me. I called numerous times but again extremely long hold times and while I'm dealing with grief, handling my sisters affairs and caring for her two small children did not have any more time to hold the phone. I sent an email explaining that I was trying to pay via credit card and have them resent and to please contact me. Someone called me and apologized stating that the insoles would be mailed out right away no problem. This was weeks ago, still no insoles. I leave the country tomorrow for months and moving from AZ upon return. I still have no insoles. I sure hope I'm not expected to pay for insoles that I never received. Horrible patient care and during the worst time in my life, way too much aggravation. This was my first and thankfully last experience with them.
