  • I was meeting a friend one afternoon along Queen St. East and he suggested meeting at Dufflet. He said he was dying to have a Lemon Tart. I've heard much hype about Dufflet bakeries and was curious to try it out for myself. We got the Lemon Tart and a Ginger Cookie. Nothing big, just a little taste :) The Lemon Tart was great! If there is a ginger cookie on the menu it's always what i choose, and i've had many many ginger cookies as comparison. It was great. Very gingery and a great balance of a little crunchy around the edge and soft near the centre. I'd definitely get it again! I want to give a 4star, but considering i've only tried 2 things, I'm going to see what more of their goodies taste like on my next visit...
