  • These people have the worst mannerism and were so rude over the phone, I didn't even bother coming here. My ex-boyfriend bought a voucher from them and gave it to me. I decided to use the free oil change since my car was way over due. They were so short over the phone and told me to schedule an appointment another day. I called again and was told you they didn't take appointments and it was on a first come, first serve basis. Make up your minds, people have lives and don't have time to be give inaccurate information. You should also practice on your customer service skills. No one is going to trust their car with a shop who speaks in a douchebaggery tone. I took my car elsewhere and GLADLY paid for better customer service.
