  • This was my first and last time buying a phone at the Verizon store. I did not appreciate the pop up charges they sprung on me after I asked what it would cost for a certain phone. They sprung up a $119.00 charge for transferring all my apps, contacts and my photos plus the taxes on the new phone. I was there for at least 45 minutes before I was told about that charge. When I told them to void my order, then the charges were lowered, then lowered again. I felt like I was buying a phone at a yard sale. I was very disappointed with my,experience. Should have stuck with buying at Best Buy.
