  • I find the place overall friendly, but I have been treated poorly there. The manager was oddly rude when a compliant was made (not a serious matter, more like a request), and the young fellow Charlie, with a childish arrogance, treats some of the patrons (taxpayers) like he's running a biker's bar. It is a small library with two computers for adults and one for children. They are close on Mondays, Tuesday and Thursday, open from 12:30 to 8:30 pm. Again, don't bother to make a compliant there about anything, the manager is very disrespectful and has used bully tactics in defence of her staff.
