  • I was concerned when I found a bug near my bed--especially since bed bugs have just been reported in my building. I contacted Orkin and they suggested that I send in a photo of the bug in question. I did this after work hours and had an answer before 8:30 AM the next morning. There was no cost. I don't know what they are like when they actually do come out to treat your home but this certainly seemed like a good indication that good sevice would be forthcoming. This time, however, I found that the bug in question was just a small beetle and increasing the frequency of vacuuming around my bed area was suggested. My concerns were allayed quickly thanks to their quick service.
