  • Joe made buying my first home such an awesome experience! Being a new home buyer, I had tons of questions along the way and wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly and in a timely manner. Not only did Joe help every step of the way, displaying an incredibly deep understanding of the process from his many years of experience, but he always got back to me promptly no matter how big or small my question or concern. I also wanted to be careful to get the most bang for my buck and find a home that provided adequate value for the price. (It's a big purchase!) When we were looking at potential homes, Joe was always eager to point out not only the pros, but also the cons of each property. And when something was overpriced, he said so. He didn't sugarcoat it. It always felt like his goal, first and foremost, was to help me find a home (and at a price) that I would be happy with for a long time. The bottom line is Joe takes his job incredibly seriously and he's really, really good at what he does. I would definitely recommend working with Joe on your next home purchase!
