  • Horrible customer service and staff is unprofessional, sometimes downright rude. I always make appointments because I know they will be busy and I don't want to wait. But during my short visits I hear enough to make me want to switch labs. Unfortunately it is the closest one with Saturday appointments. There is a dinginess to the entire area from waiting room to lab rooms. My main complaint though is the staff. Unprofessional and dismissive.
