rev:text	We really enjoy eating at K O'Donnells. The food is consistently good. Last evening we took two friends with us to dinner. The restaurant was crowded, but we were greeted and seated quickly. We placed our orders, and it too a while for our food to come, which was fine, because it was a busy Saturday night. Once the food arrived, my friend noticed that his tater tots were cold and asked if they could be reheated. Unfortunately they forgot to bring out my burger. At least a half dozen times, the waiter came to the table to tell me my food was coming with no explanation as to why I didn't receive it in the first place. The manager also stopped by the table to reassure me that my food was coming, and to apologize and say they would not charge us for the burger. 15-20 minutes into our meal I received my burger. Everyone sat around as I ate my meal alone. It was delicious, but no explanation was ever given as to why I didn't get my meal at the same time as everyone else. When the bill came, there was no deduction in our bill for any inconvenience. Apparently the manager neglected to inform the waiter, and the waiter, who never offered an apology or explanation just delivered our invoice intact. I guess ordering a burger without a bun was just to big a deal for the kitchen to get it right. Needless to say I am disappointed at the service we received, and, though O'Donnells is our go to place, there are many other restaurants to enjoy in the area that I will definately take into consideration the next time we want to grab a burger.
