  • Sorely disappointed. I've eaten at some of the top sushi restaurants in all of North America and have not ever been refused a straight walk to an empty sushi bar, until today. Two gals at the hostess bar were too enthralled with taking a phone- in order! So.... we walked away! Customer service is number 1 with me... and first impressions! No second chances on this one!
