  • Poor customer service. Didn't make it past the front door. The place was empty and when I walked in there must've been about 5 or 6 techs waiting to do nails, but I was still told I had to make an appointment and come back later to use my groupon because 3 people walked in right after. Interesting, I guess they must double up for each client.... No thanks, I don't like to patronize places that clearly don't want my business, plenty of other places to go.
