  • Believe it or not, bank branches do greatly differ. This branch of Chase bank is by far the worst of the five or six I visit frequently. The last several visits to this branch I've gone just to deposit checks, but on every occasion I've been the only car in line, and taken at least 10 minutes to get me check deposited in the drive up teller line. One time I waited 20 minutes! This process literally takes two minutes at any other location. I'm always told to wait while the teller helps someone inside, or given instructions to change/initial changes on my deposit slip for insignificant blanks that the teller fills in 'on my behalf.' Very rude and slow tellers....stay away!!!
