  • Booked our trip for the Las Vegas tour which was for my husbands birthday. We waited at Bally's and when I called the number 30 min prior to them scheduled to leave the number went to their New York location the guy told me to please wait and they will be there by the 215 pm departure time. Then when we called back at 217 I asked where the van was the guy told me he had to call the Las Vegas location then he calls me back and said sorry it got cancelled and for us to contact who we got our tickets from who was Groupon when I called Groupon they stated that per this company no refunds are allowed I called them back upset stating what Groupon told me they assure me I will get a refund but very unhappy since now I'm not sure if we will get a refund or not they should have called everyone and let them know it got cancelled instead of us and other customers waiting around for no reason and the delay on the refund if we even get caused me to not have the extra cash to take my husband to a different show of his choice very disappointed and not happy
