  • We have lived here for over 2 years, however will be relocating at the end of the current lease. 4 Stars: Location is great with many choices from banks, groceries, and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. 3 Stars: The Manager isn't prompt on communication and provides incorrect information. The Leasing Agent is always helpful and even takes care of you when she is super busy. It is too bad that she can't have someone assisting her on the weekends, even occasionally. 2 Stars: Work requests take forever before they even start the task and just fix it rather than replacing or completely resolving the issue.
