  • This is the first time I have EVER left a negative review. I cannot even begin to really put into words how terrible my experience here was. I left literally wanting to cry because of how uncomfortable I felt. The lady that did my nails got incredibly upset when I ask that she get the polish closer to my cuticle. She then asked if I knew how to do her job better than she did and continued to patronize me for 30 minutes about how I thought I knew how to do it better than she did and I "obviously didn't get my nails done often." I wish I could remember word for word what she was saying because It was the most confusing, uncomfortable situation I have ever experienced. I am so surprised to see the good reviews. I took 30+ minutes of rude comment after rude comment. I wish I would have left but my nails were halfway done. I am practically speechless in explaining how bad this experience was, it almost does not seem real but verbal harassment is truly the only way to explain it.
