My mom and I had came to Vegas for the holiday and to celebrate my 30th birthday. We went to the Nail Affair based on their great Yelp reviews but to be honest if Angie and L weren't there, this review would be 0 stars and I'd never go back! Angie made our visit so amazing. Her kind, warm, and open spirit was EVERYTHING! She was so sweet, made the best conversation, and suggested the best place for lunch in the area. She was great and her knowledge of the products stood out immensely! The other nail techs (not including L, she was quiet) had the worst attitudes. They were so unprofessional and just flat out rude! For example, every time Angie would start talking I would see the nail tech (I think her name tag said Dani) two stations down start to roll her eyes and I would hear her and her client (from their convo I'd assume they were close friends) start talking so bad about her! At one point the client said " next time I'll just go to your house to get my nails done instead of coming here" the nail tech agreed and mentioned how annoyed she was by Angie. It made me so uncomfortable and disgusted to the point I was going to say something to them but instead I decided to share my experience here.
Angie if you see this you deserve to be in a professional salon that appreciates your amazing work and customer service and not with these messy, trash talking, so called professionals.
One last thing, the comments about the polish chipping are TRUE. My manicure lasted maybe 2 days. Same thing happened to my moms.
