  • Ordered one of the breakfast sandwiches and waited almost 30 minutes for it. After 15 minutes went by and being curious I went up to the counter to let them know what I ordered and all the cashier said was "okay" didn't even give me an estimated time. But why did my breakfast sandwich take almost 30 minutes? I could totally understand if I was at like an IHOP or something but the wait for a little sandwich was crazy! The employees seemed more worried about getting their own coffee before their shift and the shift change instead of the customers. I'd rather drive to a different Starbucks were the baristas have at least some sense of urgency and care for who's waiting around. Your snapchat stories can wait btw.
