  • I usually don't leave reviews but I had to take the time to give them 5 stars. Our heat went out and they were able to be there within 2 hours. The technician arrived and was very polite and put covers over his boots. We basically had to have nearly everything replaced. Later on we learned our board also turned out to be fried and they threw in one for free because they had already quoted us the total price. Great company. I highly recommend James.
