  • Usually I go through the drive thru and get get service sometimes they move really slow but people are nice. This time I walk because another Starbucks messed up and the woman gave me the disgust look. She didn't greet me or was nice. They nicely fixed my drink but people skills are important hence why I still come back in the drive thru even though it takes like 10-15 mins.
