  • I bought a Dell laptop there recently. It was a mess. Doing weird things and I was getting thrown off my wireless Internet daily. Never had that with my HP. Ended up taking it back to store hoping to get it fixed. I had to deal with the rudest tech ever. Before he even opened it up, he tells me "it doesn't look broken to me". He refused to even tell me what was wrong with it when I asked him. A real gem . So I requested my money back and that was that . On my way out, I spoke to a manager and made a complaint. I can only wonder if it even made a difference. I won't ever go back to purchase ANYTHING again.
