  • Let me tell you about my zero star experience at Right Toyota earlier this week. I can't remember my sales guys name but it wasn't worth remembering, he had longer sleezy slicked back hair. What a condescending jerk he was!!! First off I tell him what I'm looking for. I've done my research, I know exactly what I want and I know exactly what I will and won't pay for it. I've always just bought the car I wanted in the color that was available but this time I'm getting the color I want too, not just the car I want. I tell the guy that I want a blue 4runner and that I want a used one. He points me in the direction of the 4runners knowing the color I want is not available. I've made it very clear that I want blue. After we look at the extremely over priced used 4runners I let him know that I'm moving to Atlanta and have been looking at these out there as well and that they are cheaper so far in Atlanta. So he takes me over to the Rav4s and Highlanders which I did want to see even though I'm pretty dead set on the 4runner. Anyway my awful salesman shows me everything but blue and the blue one he did show me was used and way over priced with all sorts of chips in the paint at $37,000. I am a smart woman that works in sales. The guy tells me he can add a blue stripe to any of that cars, as if that is a good way to make up for not having the color I'm looking for. The guy then goes on to ask if I'm interested in a lease. I tell him I'm absolutely not interested in a lease, he asked me why. I said because I won't actually own the car and don't build equity. He proceeded to tell me that I would own the car if I lease it. He told me I didn't like the lease because I didn't understand it. DID THAT ACTUALLY COME OUT OF HIS MOUTH? This is not my first car purchase and will not be my last. I know what a lease is and it's so wrong of a salesman that wants my business to tell me I don't understand something. Then he tells me he can show me a Toyota Tacoma after telling me they are the worst vehicle Toyota makes. When I say I'm not interested in a truck at all he tells me it's basically the 4runner if I put a canopy on it. it's not a 4runner at all with a canopy on it. The sleeze ball then tells me he'll go see if they've taken in any 4runners he can show me and while he goes to check I left. Probably the worst, rudest, most condescending salesman I have ever worked with. Bell Road Toyota, you have lost my business!!! I will never be back here! Not to mention, look online everyone. There are so much better prices out there. If you want to be treated like an idiot and over pay, buy your car at Bell Road Toyota. What an awful experience! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
