  • I felt pretty lucky to have gotten an appointment just an hour and a half after I called on a weekday. The storefront/waiting area was charming and the receptionist was nice and immediately offered me a beverage. I had a great experience with the owner Erica Quinn. She was very easy-going and it was reassuring to see that she had great hair and taste in clothing. Erica was also very confident and knew exactly how to improve my shapeless thick long hair (even though I had just gotten a cut less than 3 weeks ago). None of her snips seemed superfluous as she took the time to make sure everything was blended nicely. She listened to my requests and offered her own expertise to give me the best cut/style I've had in years. The products used were also quite luxurious. I'm happy to have paid $80 pre-tip for a professional cut with TLC rather than keep paying $50-60 for 10-minute trims.
