rev:text	I visited this salon in the beginning of March. I was very very disappointed. 1st off , I must admit the salon looks nice and clean, but back to my experience, I walked in to the salon and even though I didn't have an appointment, the salon was pretty much empty and the young lady that was closer to the entrance, told me that Andrien will do my nails no problem. I sat down and he was very nice and friendly . He started working on my nails, I think if he did my nails till the end, this review would have been much nicer, but unfortunately, the young lady came to tell Adrien "oh sorry, i forgot you have an appointment " then she asked me to move to the next table so someone else could continue with my nails. I don't know the guy's name, he had no name tag nor did he say a word to me, just a faint hi. He did the acrylic fill and it seemed fine, but when he started doing the filing the nails i was shocked, i never felt so much pain at a nail salon. It pretty much felt like my nails were on fire. He wasn't even trying to be gentle. Anyway, long story short, he did a very shitty job and needless to say, those nails started lifting after 3 days. I am very busy everyday, therefor I didn't even think to complain, i just know that I won't be coming back to that salon to waste my time. Honestly have no clue how they even have good reviews. Maybe the other technicians are better, but the one that did my nails should be working in construction, not at a nail salon. Oh almost forgot, by the end he turned on the little fan to get my nails dried out and just left. I stood there like a moron because i was waiting for him to come back and put the finishing drops (the drops that every other salon puts on my nails when i get them dried). No hi no bye , serious lack of customer service .
